Job summary

Niche Essence is seeking Designer Brand Ambassadors to join our luxury fragrance team at Holt Renfrew Yorkdale and Square One. You will deliver an exceptional client experience and represent world-class niche fragrance houses.

Ideal candidates have a passion for luxury, at least 2 years in fragrance or beauty sales, superb communication, and a polished, luxury-service mindset. Weekend availability and strong relationship-building skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of fragrance/beauty sales experience.
• Strong knowledge and passion for luxury and niche fragrances.
• Excellent communication and clienteling skills.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Professional, polished appearance and luxury-service mindset.
• Ability to build lasting client relationships with Holt Renfrew team.
• Availability to work retail hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional client experience for luxury fragrance clients.
• Represent niche fragrance houses at Holt Renfrew Yorkdale & Square One.
• Build relationships with clients and Holt Renfrew staff, driving sales.
