Job description

At Soucy, we design track systems capable of taking vehicles where the terrain would otherwise stop us. To achieve this, we need people who are passionate about mechanics, curious about technical challenges, and motivated to create robust, precise, and ingenious products.

In our maintenance and adaptation team, that's exactly what you'll be doing: helping to improve our existing products, solving concrete technical problems, and adapting our track systems to a wide variety of new vehicles. In short, you'll play an essential role in keeping our products high-performing, reliable, and compatible with our customers' needs.

In This Position, You'll Have The Opportunity To
  • Model parts, assemblies, and technical solutions for maintenance, improvement, and adaptation projects
  • Adapt our track systems to new vehicles (recreational, agricultural, or industrial), in collaboration with your project manager and the technical team
  • Propose improvements to existing designs to optimize performance, robustness, or manufacturability
  • Participate in technical reviews and the production launch of proposed solutions
  • Write related technical documentation: instructions, parts lists, technical updates, etc.
  • Work closely with customer service, after-sales, and production to resolve real-world issues encountered in the field.

Does this position sound like a good fit for you? We look forward to receiving your application.

With the following skills and qualities, you will be successful in this role:
  • DEC in mechanical engineering or equivalent training
  • Experience in 3D modeling of complex parts and assemblies
  • Good command of geometric tolerancing
  • You understand technical English (reading)
  • And if you have a keen interest in ATVs, UTVs, agricultural or industrial vehicles, that's a great asset for understanding our products and enjoying your work even more
Benefits designed to take you far!
  • A flexible program that listens to your needs (flexible hours, compressed schedule, teleworking, and more)
  • Group insurance with plans that adapt to your reality
  • An RRSP with employer contributions for solid finances
  • An Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) and access to telemedicine services for a helping hand when you need it
  • A $2,000 referral bonus for choosing colleagues who are as dedicated to their work as you are!
