Job summary

Adecco is currently hiring experienced Forklift Operators for a full-time warehouse opportunity in Mississauga, ON. This role requires operating Reach, Counterbalance, or Walkie forklifts in a fast-paced distribution environment while maintaining safety standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of forklift experience, a valid certification, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Benefits include weekly pay, health and dental coverage after qualification, and free training programs.

Qualifications

• Valid forklift certification for Reach, Counterbalance, and/or Walkie.
• Minimum 1 year of forklift operating experience.
• Experience in warehouse, distribution centre, shipping, or receiving.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active during shift.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable, punctual and team-oriented.
• Experience with RF scanners is an asset.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Reach, Counterbalance and/or Walkie forklifts.
• Load, unload, move, and store products throughout the warehouse.
• Complete daily equipment inspections and follow all safety procedures.
• Support inventory replenishment and stock movement activities.
• Pick, pack, and stage customer orders accurately.
• Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to locate and verify inventory.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse functions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
