GHD is seeking a Design Manager – Water/Wastewater to lead multi-disciplinary municipal projects from our GTA offices (Waterloo, Toronto, Mississauga, Markham, Whitby). You will guide delivery, ensure compliance with client requirements, and uphold GHD’s design standards.

You will collaborate with engineering teams, apply robust quality controls, and contribute to proposals with technical scope and pricing input. Join a global firm delivering impactful water and wastewater solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Manage multi-disciplinary project delivery for municipal water/wastewater projects to produce a compliant, constructible design in accordance with client requirements and project standards
• Ensure the design produced follows appropriate engineering processes, including GHD and project-specific processes
• Coordinate Quality Control of all deliverable submittals in accordance with GHD's Quality Management System
• Develop or verify the technical scope of a project and work with disciplines to provide pricing during proposal

Who we are looking for:

Due to continuing growth in our Water/Wastewater practice, our EDO (Engineering Design Organization) is looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to take on the role of Design Manager – Water/Wastewater based out of any of our GTA offices - Waterloo, Toronto, Mississauga, Markham, Whitby.

Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:

• Responsible for managing multi-disciplinary project delivery for municipal water/wastewater projects to produce a compliant, constructible design in accordance with Client requirements, Operation and Maintenance requirements and Construction requirements
• Ensure the design produced follows appropriate engineering processes, including GHD and Project specific processes
• Responsible for coordinating Quality Control of all deliverable submittals in accordance with GHD’s Quality Management System
• Responsible for developing or verifying the technical scope of a project and working with disciplines to provide pricing during proposal, and
