GHD is seeking a Design Manager – Water/Wastewater based in the GTA to lead multi-disciplinary municipal water and wastewater design projects from conception through execution. The role focuses on delivering compliant, constructible designs aligned with client requirements, OM/Construction needs, and GHD processes.

You will oversee design quality, coordinate cross-discipline inputs, and contribute to proposals with clear technical scopes and pricing guidance.

Responsabilidades

• Manage multi-disciplinary delivery for municipal water/wastewater projects to produce compliant designs.
• Ensure designs follow engineering processes, including GHD standards and project-specific processes.
• Coordinate Quality Control of all deliverables per GHD's Quality Management System.
• Develop or verify project scope and support pricing during proposals.

Who we are looking for:

Due to continuing growth in our Water/Wastewater practice, our EDO (Engineering Design Organization) is looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to take on the role of Design Manager – Water/Wastewater based out of any of our GTA offices - Waterloo, Toronto, Mississauga, Markham, Whitby.

Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:

• Responsible for managing multi-disciplinary project delivery for municipal water/wastewater projects to produce a compliant, constructible design in accordance with Client requirements, Operation and Maintenance requirements and Construction requirements
• Ensure the design produced follows appropriate engineering processes, including GHD and Project specific processes
• Responsible for coordinating Quality Control of all deliverable submittals in accordance with GHD’s Quality Management System
• Responsible for developing or verifying the technical scope of a project and working with disciplines to provide pricing during proposal, and
