Job summary

Groupe Dynamite Inc. in Montreal is seeking a Manager, Design to drive design development across designated categories, ensuring brand DNA in colors, fits, fabrics, and patterns as the company evolves into an omni-channel tech-forward fashion leader.

You will lead a design team, collaborate with Merchandising and Sourcing, and mentor designers, while integrating AI-powered workflows to accelerate ideation and production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design required.
• 8–10 years of design experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Detail oriented with excellent color sense.
• Fluent in French and English for supplier communication.
• Proven knowledge of Adobe suites and fashion industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Design, own, and specialize in specified categories from fabric to production.
• Drive innovation in design and fabric.
• Follow trends presented by the Concept team to final assortment.
• Collaborate with other Category Designers for cohesive collections.
• Analyze trends from fashion shows, social media, and competitors.
• Ensure a balanced assortment to support the brand image as a fashion destination.
• Lead AI-integrated design workflows to accelerate ideation and testing.
