Groupe Dynamite Inc. in Montréal, QC is seeking a Product Manager to lead the DYNAMITE banner’s merchandising and buying process from concept to in-store execution.

You will collaborate with Design, Sourcing, and cross-functional teams to create trend-forward assortments aligned with business plans, leveraging a vertically integrated retail environment where product is designed, sourced, and sold under one roof.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 3 years experience in fashion buying and/or fashion product management.
• Experience in a vertically integrated retail environment (design, sourcing, and buying under one roof) is a strong asset.

Responsabilités

• Drive merchandise assortments and vendor negotiation to grow the department.
• Deliver on or above target results to plan.
• Develop creative strategies to drive the business plan.
• Collaborate with Design and Sourcing to ensure brand DNA and margins.
• Manage Open-to-Buy (OTB) and stock planning with planning teams.
• Lead line planning, pricing, and product creation processes.
