Job summary

EQ3 Canada is seeking a Design Consultant in Vancouver, BC. This full-time role blends sales, customer experience, and design to help customers create spaces that reflect their living style.

The position offers 100% commission with 7% of written sales and expected annual earnings of 65,000–75,000+ CAD. You'll join the Vancouver team at 3355 Grandview Highway, building client relationships and learning EQ3 products while driving sales in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with customers and guide them throughout their buying experience.
• Understand customers' needs, style, and space to recommend the right solutions.
• Advise customers on furniture, materials, colours, and configurations.
• Develop strong knowledge of EQ3 collections and products.
• Follow up with customers and build long-term client relationships.
• Develop client base and identify new sales opportunities; consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver an exceptional EQ3 experience.

DESIGN CONSULTANT

Full-Time | Vancouver, BC | 100% Commission – 7% of Written Sales | Expected Annual Earnings: $65,000–$75,000+

Do you love sales, design, and building relationships with customers?

At EQ3, the Design Consultant role combines sales, customer experience, and design. You’ll help customers create spaces that reflect how they live while building your own client relationships and earning potential.

Your sales experience matters more than your design experience. You don’t need to be an interior designer or have furniture industry experience to succeed with us. If you know how to sell, build trust with customers, and are motivated by results, we’ll help you develop your knowledge of our products, materials, and collections.

You’ll join our Vancouver team at 3355 Grandview Highway in a full-time position.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Build meaningful relationships with customers and guide them throughout their buying experience
