EQ3 Canada in Ottawa is seeking a full-time Design Consultant at ByWard Market to help customers select furniture and accessories that fit their space, lifestyle, and budget. This is a full-commission role paying 7% of written sales, with an earning potential of approximately $65,000–$75,000+ per year.

You’ll develop your own sales opportunities, build lasting customer relationships, and take ownership of achieving your individual sales goals.

Qualifications

This is a full-commission position paying 7% of written sales. Our full-time Design Consultants have an earning potential of approximately $65,000–$75,000+ per year, with the opportunity to earn more based on individual performance.

You don’t need to be an interior designer to succeed at EQ3. If you have strong sales skills and an interest in furniture and design, we’ll provide the product knowledge and tools you need to build your expertise.

You’ll be joining our ByWard Market team at 60 ByWard Market, Ottawa, Ontario, in a full-time capacity.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Design Consultant, you’ll help customers select furniture and accessories that fit their space, lifestyle, and budget.

Sales experience in furniture, home décor, appliances, jewelry, premium fashion, kitchens, flooring, consultative retail, or other specialized retail environments may be particularly relevant.
