Job summary

Galderma in Grand Rapids, MI seeks an Account Manager - Consumer to promote the consumer skincare portfolio (including Cetaphil) to healthcare providers and office staff, driving demand in the assigned territory.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2 years of outside B2B sales, with travel as needed. Base salary ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 plus a commission plan and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2 years of outside B2B sales experience preferred.
• Demonstrate a strong track record of sales performance.
• Possess valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to travel overnight as needed.
• Strong business acumen with excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and execute field-based product promotion activities to increase patient demand.
• Conduct face-to-face sales calls with HCPs and distribute samples.
• Meet or exceed KPIs for designated product portfolio within territory.
• Record sales call notes and manage territory data in reporting system.
• Manage resources (budget, samples, peer programs) to engage healthcare professionals.
• Develop relationships with providers and their staff within the geography.
• Attend medical meetings/conferences as needed.
