Job summary

MetaOptima seeks a Senior Clinical Research Project Manager to transform研究 plans into executed studies across dermatology technologies. You will collaborate with clinics, hospitals, universities, investigators, and contractors to drive studies from setup through data collection, reporting, and publication.

This hands-on role requires strong clinical research experience, relationship building, and accountability to bring projects to completion across diverse partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, life sciences, nursing, clinical research, or a related field.
• 5+ years of clinical research experience, including at least 2 years independently managing studies.
• Experience managing medical device, diagnostic, or digital health studies from setup through reporting.
• Experience coordinating investigators, research sites, and external partners across multiple organizations.
• Understanding of Good Clinical Practice, ethics submissions, informed consent, privacy, and essential study documentation.
• Comfort with study tracking, electronic data collection, document management, and data‑quality processes.
• Ability to independently manage concurrent studies in a small team and communicate progress and risks clearly.

Responsibilities

• Translate study protocols into practical project plans with milestones, budgets, and timelines.
• Serve as main operational contact for investigators and partner organizations; negotiate site budgets and contracts.
• Coordinate ethics submissions, data-access arrangements, site setup, training, and study documentation.
• Track recruitment, data collection, and commitments; resolve delays and monitor data quality.
• Drive data-query resolution and handover of datasets to analysts or external experts.
• Coordinate reports, reviewer feedback, and study close-out; manage publication timelines.
