Job summary

MetaOptima Technology Inc. is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Project Manager to turn research plans into completed studies across our dermatology technologies.

You will work with clinics, hospitals, universities, investigators, and contractors to move multiple studies from setup through data collection, reporting, and publication. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands clinical research, builds productive relationships, and takes responsibility for getting work to the finish

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in health sciences, life sciences, nursing, clinical research, or related field.
• 5+ years of clinical research experience, including at least 2 years independently managing studies or substantial study workstreams.
• Experience managing medical device, diagnostic, or digital health studies from setup through data collection and reporting.
• Experience coordinating investigators, research sites, and external partners across multiple organizations.
• Practical understanding of clinical study conduct, Good Clinical Practice, ethics submissions, informed consent, privacy, and essential study documentation.

Responsibilities

• Translate study protocols into practical project plans with milestones, responsibilities, budgets, and timelines.
• Serve as main operational contact for investigators and partner organizations; negotiate site budgets and trial agreements.
• Coordinate ethics submissions, data-access arrangements, site setup, training, materials, and study documentation.
• Track recruitment, data collection, and partner commitments; resolve delays and ensure data quality.
