The Salvation Army Homes is seeking a Deputy Manager to support survivors of domestic abuse in our Refuge service. Working under the Service Manager, you will influence service development, oversee a team of support workers, and ensure compassionate, person-centred care.
This role requires strong leadership, a commitment to safeguarding, and the ability to collaborate with partners. Standard hours are Monday to Friday 9am–5pm with occasional evenings and nights on call, plus travel to training
