Job summary

Culligan Water is seeking a Route Driver to join our team. The Route Driver performs deliveries along a specific route and handles invoicing and collections, delivering a high level of service that exceeds customer expectations.

Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour. Requires a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years route experience preferred, not required.
• Valid driver’s license (3A) preferred.
• Ability to use a mobile device or tablet.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Able to engage with strangers and build professional relationships.
• Excellent communication with customers and teammates.
• Clean and professional appearance.
• Able to regularly lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver water treatment products to homes and businesses on a route.
• Prepare, process, and execute delivery orders; collect payments and issue invoices.
• Handle customer issues promptly with a customer-focused approach.
• Follow safety protocols and company regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness of vehicles and equipment.
• Daily end-of-route supervisor check-ins and recaps.

Culligan Water is currently seeking a Route Driver to join our team. The Route Driver performs deliveries along a specific route and handles invoicing and collections. Additionally, drivers are expected to deliver a high degree of service that exceeds the expectations of customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver water treatment products to homes and businesses in an efficient and timely manner
• Prepare, process, and execute delivery orders in addition to collecting related monies and issuing invoices
• Handle customer issues, complaints, and problems courteously and promptly while exhibiting an overall customer-focused style of service
• Follow all safety protocols and company regulations
• Consistently uphold the cleanliness standards of company vehicles and equipment
• End-of-route supervisor check-ins, with daily recaps
