ProSlide Technology is seeking a Deployment Coordinator to support Field Services Operations by coordinating deployments of team members to client water parks worldwide. This in-office role is based at our head office in Ottawa, Ontario, and involves planning, organizing, and preparing personnel for travel and project assignments.

• Experience with researching or booking business travel is required.
• Experience with processing and researching visas for travel is a strong asset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the GFS Field Lead and Project Managers on manpower and scheduling needs.
• Manage and maintain the deployment schedules.
• Assign field services team members to construction and after-sales projects.
• Support travel planning, visa processes and bookings for team members.
• Research travel entry and visa requirements for foreign countries.
• Review and book domestic and international flight and rental car options.
• Populate travel documents and maintain employee records.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and tools.

The Deployment Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Field Services Operations through the deployment of team members around the world. In this role, you will support critical day-to-day operations to support planning, organizing, and preparing team members for their deployments to clients’ water parks.

Please note this is an in-office position, located at our head office in Ottawa, ON, address: 2650 Queensview Dr. Unit #150, Ottawa, ON K2B 8H6.

Your Challenge

• Collaborate with the GFS Field Lead and Project Managers on upcoming project needs for manpower and scheduling
• Manage and maintain the deployment schedules
• Partner with project management, and customer service to assign field services team members to construction and after-sales projects
• Support the Global Field Services Team and Ride Verification Teams with entry information, visa process and booking travel.
• Research travel entry and visa requirements to foreign countries.
• Support team members with visa applications, research and supporting documents
• Review and book domestic and international flight and rental car options
• Research and book travel accommodations
• Populate border and travel documents for deploying team members
• Update employee files and records
• Oversee rewards and recognition program for field team members
• Review, update, and format documents for Field Services
• Identify opportunities for improvements to processes, workflows, and tools
• Be the expert in all things travel
• All other assigned administrative tasks as required

What You Bring To The Role

• Post-secondary diploma or degree in related fields of business, travel, project management is considered an asset

Compensation And Benefits

• Expected salary range: $50,000-$60,000
