Nike Inc. in Vaughan is seeking a Department Manager to lead a fast-paced Nike store at Vaughan Mills.

You will coach your team to deliver outstanding customer service, drive store growth, and build community partnerships while maintaining service standards and Nike's brand culture. The role emphasizes people leadership, operational excellence, and accountability in budgeting, merchandising, and performance metrics with benefits such as health coverage, education programs, and employee stock

Qualifications

• Three years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience.
• One year of leadership experience.
• Proven ability to recruit, build and lead high-performing teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail business systems.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Able to work mornings, weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.

This posting is for an existing vacancy.

The base ($CAD Hourly rate) for this position generally ranges from CAD $27.47/hour to $29/hour. Actual compensation will vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
