Sport Chek is seeking a Department Sales Manager of Hardgoods who combines a passion for sports with strong leadership. You will coach and develop your team, set sales plans, and drive exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail setting.
You will create development plans for staff, lead through coaching sessions, and foster a positive work environment, ensuring consistent performance and engagement across the department.
As a Department Sales Manager of Hardgoods, you have a passion for sports and live an active lifestyle. You know your sports, possibly even play, and have an understanding of some of the tech aspects that come with playing for fun or going for gold! You demonstrate a positive and engaged attitude when dealing with customers and employees and are responsible for coaching and developing your team.

Our typical hiring range is between $42,500 and $56,250. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, store size and market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role‑specific requirements.
