Sport Chek seeks a Department Sales Manager of Hardgoods to lead a retail team in delivering top customer experiences and driving sales for sporting goods. You will coach, develop, and motivate staff while building effective plans and relationships with customers across the department.
You bring at least two years in retail with a passion for sports, and you will shape the team culture, implement daily sales plans, and support growth through mentorship and performance feedback.

Minimum of 2 years in a retail environment, preferably at a supervisory level.
A proven track record of business growth and exceptional customer service skills.

Our typical hiring range is between $42,500 and $56,250. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, store size and market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity, and other role-specific requirements.
