Job summary

McDonald’s Canada is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a diverse team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will model exceptional service, manage daily operations, and drive guest satisfaction while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.

You will inspire managers and crew, support local community involvement, and uphold our brand values to deliver a consistently great experience for guests across locations.

Your vibe and experience

While previous experience working in food service or retail as a barista, server, sales associate, cashier, team member, or customer sales representative as a manager is always helpful and appreciated, what is most important is who you are.
