Princess Auto Ltd. in London, ON is seeking a Night Leader (Team Leader Trainee) to guide Team Members, ensure a safe, engaging shopping experience, and help achieve store plans after retail hours.

You will train and develop staff, answer inquiries with product knowledge, manage loss prevention, merchandise, and coordinate with the Sales Team to deliver Royal Service that customers remember.

So what’s this role all about?

As a Night Leader (Team Leader Trainee) at Princess Auto you will help create a fun, safe and unique shopping experience for our customers. We call it Royal Service. You will typically spend your day leading Team Members in your department to complete store plans and tasks. You will respond to Team Member and customer inquiries with category-specific product knowledge, support on-the-job training and development of Team Members, maintain a safe and respectful work environment, and manage loss prevention processes. You will merchandise product and ensure the warehouse is kept tidy, product is stored safely and inventory is allocated correctly. You will s upport our Sales Team by connecting with our customers through eye contact and friendly interactions to assist with their purchases, create memorable visits, and build lasting relationships.

Your hours of work will generally be 6:00 pm to 2:30 am.
