Princess Auto Ltd. in Sault Ste. Marie, ON, is seeking an Afternoon/Evening Leader (Team Leader Trainee) to help create a fun, safe and unique shopping experience for our customers.

You will lead Team Members in your department to complete store plans and tasks with product knowledge and on-the-job training. The role involves maintaining a safe work environment, managing loss prevention, merchandising, and inventory allocation.

As an Afternoon/Evening Leader (Team Leader Trainee) at Princess Auto you will help create a fun, safe and unique shopping experience for our customers. We call it Royal Service. You will typically spend your day leading Team Members in your department to complete store plans and tasks. You will respond to Team Member and customer inquiries with category-specific product knowledge, support on-the-job training and development of Team Members, maintain a safe and respectful work environment, and manage loss prevention processes. You will merchandise product and ensure the warehouse is kept tidy, product is stored safely and inventory is allocated correctly.

As a retail store, we generally operate seven days a week from early morning to late in the evening. For this opening, your hours of work will be from approximately 2:30 pmto 11:00 pm.
