Princess Auto invites you to join as a Department Leader (Team Leader Trainee) to help create a fun, safe, and unique shopping experience. You will typically spend your day leading Team Members in your department to complete store plans and tasks while delivering Royal Service.

You will respond to inquiries with category knowledge, train and develop Team Members, maintain a safe environment, and manage loss prevention.

As a Department Leader (Team Leader Trainee) at Princess Auto you will help create a fun, safe and unique shopping experience for our customers. We call it Royal Service. You will typically spend your day leading Team Members in your department to complete store plans and tasks. You will respond to Team Member and customer inquiries with category-specific product knowledge, support on-the-job training and development of Team Members, maintain a safe and respectful work environment, and manage loss prevention processes.

• Have demonstrated leadership skills and previous experience in retail or another service industry

• Experience operating a forklift is considered an asset
