Job summary

Independent Grocers Alliance in Canada (Saint-Joseph-du-Lac) is seeking a Department Manager to lead daily operations in Saint-Joseph-du-Lac. You will oversee production and customer service clerks, manage purchasing, inventory, pricing, merchandising and wage productivity to keep the store ready for business.

As a department manager, you will provide feedback for team development and drive exceptional customer service, with opportunities for advancement within a supportive, team-oriented

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent and management experience.

Responsibilities

• in collaboration with management, manage purchasing, inventory, price lists, merchandising, wage productivity according to established standards to ensure business readiness
