Job summary

Surrey Endodontic Centre in Surrey, BC, is seeking a part-time Dental Receptionist to join a collaborative clinic team. The role involves front-desk administrative support, appointment scheduling, and patient communication to keep the practice running smoothly.

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of relevant experience, a Dental Administration Program/Certificate, and familiarity with dental software. 24+ hours per week, 3 days (Mon/Wed/Fri) preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a Dental Administrator/Administrative Assistant required.
• Completion of a Dental Administration Program/Certificate.
• Experience with dental practice management software is an asset.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administrative tasks to ensure efficient practice operations.
