Tuscany Dental Centre in Victoria is seeking a capable Practice Manager to oversee daily operations, scheduling, budgeting, and staff leadership in a busy dental practice. The role focuses on operational planning and execution, ensuring productive work flow, compliance with provincial health regulations, and cost management while delivering high quality patient care.

You will collaborate with the DC Institute and HR to implement programs, mentor the team, and support recruitment and performance

Formación

• University or College Diploma in business or office administration
• 3-5 years experience as a Dental Practice Lead or Dental Practice Manager
• Supervisory or management experience in business operations including staff scheduling, finances, inventory, and people management
• Strong business acumen with budgeting and forecasting experience
• Experience with dental software systems and Microsoft Office is preferred
• Commitment to maintaining health regulation and operational standards
• Willingness to work varied hours to align with business needs

• Operational Planning & Execution: Build and execute plans to improve daily operations and drive productivity.
• Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate the team to improve engagement and retention of patients.
• Compliance & Patient Safety: Ensure clinic complies with provincial health regulation standards.
• Collaboration: Partner with Compliance, DC Institute and HR to ensure full compliance and patient safety.
• Program Management: Manage and oversee all compliance programs and lead by example.
• Health & Safety: Align with Health and Safety Policies and applicable provincial legislation.

_The wage for this Practice Manager position is_$78,000 to $85,000 per annum depending on skills, experience, and location.

Your Impact** :**

Operational Planning & Execution

• Build and execute plans to improve daily operations of the practice ensuring maximum productivity, operational excellence and develop strategies to increase organic patient growth
• Constantly review clinic environment and key business indicators toidentifyproblems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement to provide coaching and direction to team
• Compliance & Patient Safety
• Partner with Compliance, DC Institute and Human Resources to ensure the clinic is fully compliant and meets the provincial health regulation standards
• Manage and oversee all compliance programs within the practice, while leading by example to ensure patient safety is a top priority
• Workin accordance withthe practice’s Health and Safety Policies and Procedures and in compliance with applicable provincial legislation

Leadership

• Lead,coachand motivate the team to improve productivity,engagementand retention of patients
• Drive the implementation of company programs,policiesand procedures by supporting action plans and directly motivating the team to meet operational and companyobjectives
• Support recruitment efforts to interview dental professionals and assess for best fit
• Manage and analyze daily staffing costs and payroll administration; oversee accounts receivable process

About You:

• University or College Diploma in business or office administration
• 3-5years experienceas a Dental Practice Lead or Dental Practice Manager isrequired
• Experience in a supervisory or management role contributing to business operations including staff scheduling, finances,inventoryand people management
• Strong business acumen and extensive experience in budgeting and forecasting
• Experience with dental software systems and Microsoft Office is preferred
• Strong commitment tomaintaininghealth regulation and operational standards
• Willingness to work varied hours to align with business needs
