About Transcend Lab
Transcend Lab at Transcend Specialized Dentistry is a modern, high-tech in-house dental lab committed to uncompromising quality. We work closely with prosthodontists, ceramists, and patients to produce top-tier restorative and surgical solutions. Our focus is on excellence and precise craftsmanship above all else.

Key Responsibilities

  • CAD/CAM Design:
Utilize 3Shape or Exocad software to design single units, full-mouth, and full-arch restorations (crowns, bridges, veneers, and implant-supported cases).
  • Complex Case Management:
Independently handle aesthetic veneer designs, multi-implant configurations, and other advanced restorative workflows.
  • Digital Fabrication:
Operate and maintain 3D printing and milling equipment. Oversee file preparation and production to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Collaboration:
Work directly with prosthodontists and ceramists to clarify clinical requirements, discuss material options, and maintain top-quality standards.
  • Case Coordination & Administration:
Assist in scheduling and tracking incoming lab cases, organizing digital files, and ensuring timely communication of case statuses. Maintain clear, accurate records and help manage lab supplies as needed.

Qualifications & Expectations

  • RDT in BC:
Must be a Registered Dental Technician in British Columbia, with a license in good standing.
  • Experience:
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on CAD/CAM design experience. Demonstrable skill in full-arch, implant-based, and complex restorative cases.
  • Technical Proficiency:
Strong command of 3Shape or Exocad software. Familiarity with 3D printing, milling workflows, and various restorative materials.
  • Attention to Detail & Dedication to Excellence:
Proven track record of producing highly accurate, aesthetic restorations. Meticulous about occlusion, fit, margins, and overall case quality. Consistently strives for excellence rather than settling for “good enough.”
  • Hard-Working & Reliable:
Demonstrates a high level of responsibility, punctuality, and willingness to go the extra mile. Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and ensuring deadlines are met.

What We Offer

  • Modern, Fully Equipped Lab:
Enjoy working with advanced technology and state-of-the-art equipment.
  • Collaborative Environment:
Direct access to prosthodontists and ceramists, fostering a team-driven approach to patient care.
  • Competitive Compensation:
$75,000–$82,000 annual salary, with potential for growth based on performance and skills.
  • Parking:
    Convenient on-site parking available.
