Job summary

True Dental in West Kelowna, BC is hiring a part-time Dental Hygienist to join our friendly team. This role focuses on comprehensive preventive care and patient education, with schedule Mon, Tue, Thu 4:30pm-7pm.

Work alongside skilled professionals using modern technology to deliver high-quality patient outcomes. Completion of a Dental Hygiene Diploma or Degree is required, along with active registration in good standing and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Dental Hygiene Diploma or Degree is required.
• Current registration as a Dental Hygienist in good standing with the provincial regulatory body is required.
• Valid CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Appropriately assess, plan, implement and evaluate services for patient care.
• Perform all aspects of clinical preventive hygiene services including scaling, root planing, polishing, topical fluoride, pit and fissure sealants and whitening.
• Serve as an oral health educator by introducing new preventive techniques and counselling.
• Establish and retain patient loyalty by delivering a tailored experience with ethical and professional behaviour.
