Job summary

Dentalcorp Health Services LTD. is seeking a Dental Hygienist in Canada to deliver preventive care and education. You will perform scaling, root planning, polishing, fluoride applications, sealants and whitening to patients, and tailor each visit to patient expectations.

Completion of a Dental Hygiene Diploma or Degree is required with current provincial registration and CPR certification. You must be legally authorized to work in Canada.

• Current registration as a Dental Hygienist in good standing with the provincial regulatory body is required.
• Valid CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate services for patient care.

Salary:

The wage for this Dental Hygienist position is $57-$62/hour depending on skills, experience, and location.

Your Role:

Appropriately assess, plan, implement and evaluate services for patient care Perform all aspects of clinical preventative hygiene services including scaling, root planning, polishing, topical fluoride, pit and fissure sealants and whitening to patients Serve as an oral health educator by introducing new preventative techniques and counselling Establish and retain patient loyalty by delivering a tailored experience based on the patients’ expectations, while consistently maintaining ethical and professional behaviour

About You:

Completion of a Dental Hygiene Diploma or Degree is required Current registration as a Dental Hygienist in good standing with the provincial regulatory body is required Valid CPR certification is required
