Summit Dental Clinic in Kamloops is seeking a dedicated Dental Hygienist to join a growth‑minded team focused on patient care and professional development.

• Appropriately assess, plan, implement and evaluate services for patient care.
• Perform all aspects of clinical preventative hygiene services including scaling, root planning, polishing, fluoride, sealants and whitening.
• Educate patients on prevention and oral health techniques.
• Establish and retain patient loyalty by delivering a tailored experience with ethical, professional conduct.

The wage for this Dental Hygienist position is $54-$57/hour depending on skills, experience, and location.

Your Role

• Appropriately assess, plan, implement and evaluate services for patient care
• Perform all aspects of clinical preventative hygiene services including scaling, root planning, polishing, topical fluoride, pit and fissure sealants and whitening to patients
• Serve as an oral health educator by introducing new preventative techniques and counselling
• Establish and retain patient loyalty by delivering a tailored experience based on the patients’ expectations, while consistently maintaining ethical and professional behaviour

About You

• Completion of a Dental Hygiene Diploma or Degree is required
• Current registration as a Dental Hygienist in good standing with the provincial regulatory body is required
• Valid CPR certification is required
