Spryfield Dentistry in Halifax is seeking a qualified Dental Hygienist to join our full-service practice. This part-time role focuses on preventative hygiene services, patient education, and building loyal patient relationships while delivering ethical, professional care.

Working 2 days per week with a flexible schedule between Monday and Thursday, you will perform scaling, polishing, fluoride applications, and oral health counselling, in a modern clinic committed to growth and patient-centric

Qualificações

• Completion of a Dental Hygiene Diploma or Degree is required.
• Current registration as a Dental Hygienist in good standing with the provincial regulatory body is required.
• Valid CPR certification is required.

Responsabilidades

• Appropriately assess, plan, implement and evaluate services for patient care.
• Perform all aspects of clinical preventative hygiene services including scaling, root planning, polishing, topical fluoride, pit and fissure sealants and whitening to patients.
• Serve as an oral health educator by introducing new preventative techniques and counselling.
• Establish and retain patient loyalty by delivering a tailored experience based on the patients’ expectations, while consistently maintaining ethical and professional behaviour.

About You:
