Legacy Dental in Lethbridge, Alberta, is seeking a Dental Hygienist for a fixed-term role ending December 2027. Schedule includes Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, with Friday and occasional Tuesdays. Flexible scheduling possible for extended-term opportunities.

You will perform preventive hygiene services, educate patients, and provide compassionate care in a patient-focused environment. Registration and CPR are required to practice.

Competenze

• Completion of a Dental Hygiene Diploma or Degree is required.
• Current registration as a Dental Hygienist in good standing with the provincial regulatory body is required.

We are looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our team in a fixed-term position until the end of December 2027.

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday: 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Friday: 7:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Occasional Tuesdays may also be available.

Flexibility: Flexible scheduling may be considered for the right candidate, with potential opportunities to add days or extend the fixed-term contract.

Your Role:

• Appropriately assess, plan, implement and evaluate services for patient care
• Perform all aspects of clinical preventative hygiene services including scaling, root planning, polishing, topical fluoride, pit and fissure sealants and whitening to patients
• Serve as an oral health educator by introducing new preventative techniques and counselling
• Establish and retain patient loyalty by delivering a tailored experience based on the patients expectations, while consistently maintaining ethical and professional behaviour

About You:

• Completion of a Dental Hygiene Diploma or Degree is required
• Current registration as a Dental Hygienist in good standing with the provincial regulatory body is required
• Valid CPR certification is required
