Job summary

Legacy Dental in Lethbridge, Alberta, is looking for a Dental Assistant to join a patient-focused team. You will perform chairside assisting, prepare treatment rooms, and support infection-control protocols to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

Applicants must be registered/certified as a Dental Assistant in Canada and have prior dental assisting experience preferred. You must be legally eligible to work in Canada, with hours of 32–40 per week, on-site in Alberta.

Qualifications

• Registered and/or certified as a Dental Assistant with your Provincial regulatory body or association.
• Previous dental assisting experience is preferred.
• Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Clinical chairside assisting duties including knowledge of instrumentation.
• Establish strong patient relationships while maintaining ethical professional behaviour.
• Prepare treatment room in accordance with infection control and practice protocols for each patient.
• Thorough understanding of practice health and safety requirements.

Schedule

Monday to Friday 7:30 am - 5:00 pm Hours can vary (32 - 40/week)
