MicroDental Laboratories in Hamilton, ON, Canada is seeking a quality-focused Crown & Bridge Technician to join our team. The role emphasizes precise esthetic restorations and collaboration with dentists and lab staff.

You will produce high-quality crowns and bridges, assist with CAD/CAM workflows, read prescriptions, maintain clean, organized work areas, and support a fast, accurate fabrication process. 3+ years of crown-and-bridge experience and strong attention to detail are required.

Qualifications

• Produce high-quality esthetic crowns and bridges meeting prescriptions and deadlines.
• Knowledge of dental anatomy, occlusion, materials and implants.
• Experience with CAD/CAM and digital workflows is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality, life-like esthetic dental crowns, bridges and other fixed restorations meeting quality standards and deadlines.
• Assist with CAD/CAM processes and systems.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow and laboratory QA standards.
• Read and follow prescriptions or specifications from clients/doctors and examine dental models to determine design.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
• All other duties as assigned or as required.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Produce high-quality, life-like esthetic dental crowns, bridges and other fixed dental restorations meeting quality standards, prescriptions and deadlines
• Assist with duties surrounding CAD/CAM processes and systems
• Collaborate withteam members to maintain an efficient workflow and laboratory quality assurance standards
• Ability to read and follow prescriptions or specifications from clients/doctors and examine dental models or impressions to determine the design of the product to be fabricated
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
• All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in crown and bridge dental technology
• Knowledge of dental anatomy, occlusion, restorative materials and implant systems required
• Experience with digital workflows and dental CAD/CAM programs and softwares preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills
• Requires flexibility and adaptability to meet laboratory demands
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High School diploma or equivalent required
