Job summary

Dentalcorp in Canada is seeking a friendly and capable Dental Assistant to join our clinical team. You will prepare treatment rooms, assist dentists and hygienists, take dental X-rays, and maintain infection control standards.

You will support scheduling, patient flow, and education on oral hygiene, while building strong patient relationships and delivering high-quality care in a collaborative practice. Applicants must be registered or certified and working rights in Canada are required;

Qualifications

• Registered and/or Certified as a Dental Assistant with your Provincial regulatory body.
• Previous dental assisting experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for procedures, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
• Assist dentists and hygienists during treatments, maintaining patient comfort and workflow.
• Take dental X-rays and digital images as required.
• Perform instrument sterilization and infection control following IPAC standards.
• Update patient charts and provide education on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
• Support scheduling, patient flow, and administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with the dental team to deliver efficient, high-quality care.
• Follow all privacy, safety, and regulatory guidelines.

Schedule:

Monday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Tuesday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Thursday: 12:00 PM – 7:30 PM

Saturday : 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM (Once a Month/ As need basis)

The wage for this DentalAssistantposition is$25-$28/hourdepending on skills, experience, and location.
