123Dentist Mississauga clinic is seeking a passionate Dental Administrator on a full-time basis to support the front desk, organize systems and help the practice run smoothly. You will work behind the scenes to create structure and ensure patient care flows efficiently within a collaborative team.

A minimum of 2 years’ experience is required; the position can lead into a Treatment Coordinator role. Experience with Akitu is a plus, with mentorship to foster growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Dental Administrator/Administrative Assistant.
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Akitu is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Organize, implement systems and structure to ensure the practice runs efficiently.
• Collaborate with the team to support dental administration and patient communication.
• Engage in mentorship and training from experienced dental professionals; grow within the role.
