Whitehorse Chamber of Commerce is seeking a qualified Dental Assistant for on-site work in Canada. You will prepare dental instruments, sterilize equipment, educate patients on oral hygiene, take X-rays, and support reception tasks in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Two vacancies, 35–40 hours per week. Relocation may be considered. On-site work is required with a strong emphasis on patient care, accuracy, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• One- to two-year college diploma in dental assisting or related program.
• English proficiency required for patient communication.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant dental reception or clinical experience.

• Sterilize and maintain instruments and equipment

• Polish teeth and clinical crowns and apply fluoride and sealant
• Schedule and confirm appointments

• Fabricate and place temporary crowns and restorations
• Take preliminary impressions for diagnostic casts
