Davis Orthodontics in Bolton, ON is seeking a part-time Certified Dental Assistant Level II to support x-rays, impressions, scans, and Invisalign prep. The role involves assisting the Doctor and Hygienist, sterilization, and patient-facing duties at our Bolton location.

The ideal candidate holds Level 2 Dental Assisting Diploma and NDAEB certification and embodies professionalism, empathy, and adaptability in a fast-paced practice.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 2 Dental Assisting Diploma and NDAEB certification.
• Demonstrates passion for patient care across ages.
• Proficient with dental software and modern tools.
• Professional, organized, and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Take dental x-rays, impressions, scans, and assist with study models and appliances.
• Prepare dental materials, such as mixing alginate and setting up Invisalign trays.
• Support the Hygienist and Doctor during procedures to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Write lab scripts, set up trays, and manage sterilization processes.
• Welcoming, seating, and dismissing patients with warmth and professionalism.
• Engage with patients and families to create a caring and informed environment.
• Explain procedures to patients/parents to ensure comfort and understanding.
• Other duties as required
