Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as a Dental Administrator.
• Completion of a Dental Administration Program/Certificate.
• Experience with dental practice management software such as AbdelDent.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families.

• Organize systems and structure to ensure the practice runs efficiently.
• Support scheduling, billing and patient flow within the team.

The team in North York, ON are looking for a passionate, hard-working Dental Administrator on a full-time basis.

The ideal Dental Administrator/ Administrative Assistant for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

SCHEDULE:

• Mon- 10-6 pm
• Tue 8:45-5 pm
• Wed 10-6pm
• Thur 10-6pm
• Alternate Sat 7:45-2pm

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• 2 year of experience is required as a Dental Administrator
• Completion of a Dental Administration Program/Certificate
• Experience with dental practice management software such as AbdelDent is considered an asset
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
