Cornerstone Highstreet Dental in Calgary is seeking a friendly administrative professional to join our team. You will greet patients, help manage appointments, and maintain accurate patient records using our dental software.

The role requires at least 1 year of administration experience and familiarity with dental software; eligibility to work in Canada is necessary. The position offers Saturdays 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM with growth opportunities and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of administration experience.
• Experience with dental software is an asset.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients as they arrive; ensure a lasting positive impression.
• Optimize the appointment schedule by ensuring the day is full, with limited gaps.
• Manage recall system and accurately maintain patient database.
• Manage patient calls and inquiries about appointments, confirmations, amendments and cancellations.
• Process referral letters and other patient correspondence; file all patient records and charts.
