What We Are Hiring

We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to support the General Manager in overseeing restaurant operations, managing staff, achieving profit goals, and growing sales. You will assist in employee recruitment, retention, and operational improvements, supervising approximately 15-20 team members.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and analyze financial and operational reports; develop solutions to meet goals
• Oversee shifts, ensure brand standards, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Develop and coach staff on standards, policies, and guest service programs
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, and developing employees
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and regulations
• Uphold guest satisfaction and core values
• Perform other duties as assigned

Who You Are

• At least 2 years of experience in hospitality or restaurant management
• Effective communication skills in English
• Ability to interpret financial data
• Team-oriented, attentive, and collaborative
• Excellent guest service skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of multitasking
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Legal right to work in Canada
