What We Are Hiring

As a Restaurant Manager, you will support the General Manager in overall restaurant operations, staff management, profit control, guest growth, and sales activities. You will assist in employee selection, retention, and operational improvements. You will report to the General Manager and supervise approximately 15-20 crew members.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and analyze financial and operational reports to ensure goals are met
• Oversee shifts, monitor brand standards, and ensure guest service excellence
• Develop and coach staff on standards, policies, and guest programs
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and developing hourly staff
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and regulations
• Uphold guest satisfaction and company values
• Perform other duties as assigned

Who You Are

• 2+ years of experience in hospitality or restaurant management; leadership experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to interpret financial statements
• Team-oriented, attentive, and collaborative
• Strong guest service skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and multitask effectively
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Legal right to work in Canada
