Drive demand planning excellence by collaborating cross-functionally to create accurate product and financial forecasts, ensuring optimal inventory levels and business performance.

Your Role

  • As a Demand Planner at Philips, you will partner with Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Finance to develop data-driven forecasts for assigned brands and customers.
  • You will leverage AI-driven forecasting tools, historical sales trends, and market insights to enhance forecast accuracy and improve on-shelf availability, sales performance, and margin.
  • You will lead demand planning processes, including phase-in/phase-out management, promotions, and consensus forecasting, ensuring alignment across teams.
  • You will analyze forecast accuracy, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions to drive continuous process enhancements.
  • You will coordinate and facilitate Sales Review Meetings, consolidating inputs and delivering clear action plans to support business objectives.

You're The Right Fit If

  • You’ve acquired 3+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or inventory management, preferably in the consumer goods or healthcare industry.
  • Your skills include data analysis, forecasting methodologies, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with AI-based forecasting tools is a plus.
  • You have a You have a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • You are an effective communicator and strategic thinker, with strong organizational skills, the ability to influence stakeholders, and a passion for continuous improvement.

How We Work Together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

Canada – Exempt (Salaried)

The pay range for this position is $74,411 to $116,932. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees areeligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, DC Pension, Flex Dollars(for HSA/PSA/RRSP), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
