Mother Parkers Tea & Coffee in Mississauga, ON, is seeking a Demand Planning professional with 4+ years in planning and strong analytical skills. You will partner with sales, marketing, and finance to manage forecast accuracy, lead S&OP processes, and support commercialization initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years related experience in Demand Planning / Sales Planning / Finance.
• APICS certification is considered an asset.
• Experience with Logility – Demand Planning, Microsoft AX – ERP, and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and develop strong relationships with cross functional teams.
• Regular monitoring of how our high-volume accounts are performing.
• Evaluate and measure forecast accuracy and bias results against objectives/plan; drive corrective action with account leads.
• Facilitate identification and resolution of forecast variances and approve updates.
• Participate in the monthly Consensus Demand and S&OP meetings with Sales/Marketing.
• Support commercialization to update forecasts for new projects.
• Assist inventory management strategies via Integrated Business Planning outputs.
• Highlight emerging demand trends requiring action planning.

The Role

This position provides guidance on industry standard demand planning practices, reviews assigned forecast portfolio and ensures the maintenance and the integrity of Demand Plan and the Logility software.

• Actively participate in our Commercialization process to ensure forecasts are being updated to support new projects
• Support inventory management strategies by monitoring global solutions created by Integrated Business Planning
• Highlight emerging demand trends that require action planning and/or decision making

What You Bring To The Role

• 4 + years related experience in Demand Planning / Sales Planning / Finance
• APICS certification is considered an asset
• Demonstrated experience with Logility – Demand Planning, Microsoft AX – ERP, and advanced Excel skills
