- Lead the demand Forecasting process for the Canadian entities at a national level
- Develop bottom-up forecasting models for each key account
- Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results.
- Lead pre consensus with account managers and consensus meetings with commercial to align forecast at a national level
- Lead the monthly S&OP meeting presenting to the larger organization
- Track and record Drug Shortages in the marketplace and asses the impact on the Company forecast
- Develop relationships with the internal sales team to get customer information to build a robust forecast
- Lead the weekly allocation meeting to discuss changes in supply positions and strategies based on demand
- Act as face of the supply chain to external customers including working with external customers on supply issues, allocation, and forecast changes
- Track customer DC level inventory on a weekly and monthly basis
- Work is measured against key Supply Chain metrics including :
- Forecasting Accuracy
- Finished goods write offs
- Work on various projects across the supply chain as requested
Job Requirements :
- 3 to 5 years experience in Supply Chain management; experience in forecasting and demand planning an asset
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
Exposure to pharmaceutical or consumer products industry
