Job summary

Worldpac is seeking a delivery associate in Canada to safely deliver customer orders or pick up returns, while maintaining accurate records and ensuring proper documentation. You will dispatch orders, generate manifests, and organize merchandise for storage.

A strong focus on customer service and attention to detail is essential. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 18+ eligibility to work, a valid driver's license, and the ability to learn all aspects of branch operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in country of application.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR per company standards.
• Must meet provincial/country driver’s license requirements prior to driving company vehicle.
• Demonstrates great customer service and going above and beyond.
• Strong attention to detail and punctual attendance.
• Ability to operate safely and keep a clean, organized workspace.
• Willingness to learn about all aspects of Branch operations.
• Ability to read and understand safety rules and procedures.
• Proficient with basic math and using a handheld RF device.

Responsibilities

• Use vehicle to deliver orders or pick up returned merchandise safely.
• Create and maintain records as needed.
• Dispatch orders and generate delivery manifests and receiving documents.
• Sort and prepare merchandise from receiving to storage or designated areas.
• Ensure customer orders are located, picked up, and signed for.
• Collect funds from customers when needed and maintain documents.
• Other duties as assigned.
