Job summary

Randstad Canada is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager / Test Manager for a 12-month contract in Toronto. You will bridge operational delivery management with technical QA governance, driving efficiency, capacity planning, and structured processes using Jira, MS Project, and data dashboards.

You will also lead end-to-end testing strategies for complex software, architect test automation frameworks, and ensure audit-ready compliance.

Qualifications

8+ years in software testing, test management, or technical delivery roles.
Hands-on UI/API test automation with Java, Selenium, RestAssured.
Experience managing automated pipelines and repositories (Jenkins, GitHub, Bitbucket).
Data analysis using SQL and Power BI, plus Advanced Excel.
Fluent in Jira, Confluence and MS Project for backlogs and dependencies.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery models.

Responsibilities

Delivery Management & Operational Efficiency: optimize team rhythms, establish structured processes, and remove blockers with Jira, MS Project and MS tools.
Test Governance & Strategy: define test governance, planning, and compliance meeting strict audit requirements across systems.
Cross-System Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement: align test cycles with release schedules and facilitate defect triage with stakeholders.
