Job summary

goeasy Ltd and its Joineasyhome unit are seeking a Delivery Specialist in Nanaimo to deliver home goods and create outstanding customer experiences. You will greet customers in-store or by phone/email, deliver products to homes, and help maintain a smooth delivery process with professional service.

You will support store operations, manage paperwork on-site, and contribute to customer satisfaction while upholding brand standards and safety. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and move large home goods.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Valid driver's license with a clean abstract.

Responsibilities

• Build superior customer sales experiences by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email.
• Support retail operations by assisting merchandising and store maintenance.
• Deliver products to customers' homes with a focus on service and satisfaction.
• Perform general maintenance on the delivery truck and around the store daily.
• Coordinate and finalize paperwork with customers on-site.
• Address customer concerns and ensure a positive moving experience.

A Day in the life of a Delivery Specialist:

• Buildsuperiorcustomersalesexperiencesby welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email
• Support retail operations by supporting the merchandising and maintenance of the store
• Deliverbest in class service when delivering our products to customers’ homes
• General maintenance on the truck and around the store daily
• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the moving process + addressing customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction
• Coordinate and finalizing paperwork with customers onsite

What we are looking for:

• Full class driver’s license with a driver’s abstract in good standing
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and move large home goods
• Excellent communicator who is people and results-oriented looking to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction
• Some experience in a customer-facing environment
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently
• Able to pass background checks (criminal, employment, driving history)

We are offering $20.00 - $21.00/hour CADfor this role, plus the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses.
