Job summary

goeasy Ltd is seeking a Delivery Specialist in Ottawa to deliver products to customers' homes and provide exceptional service. You will engage customers in person, over the phone, and by email to drive sales, while supporting store operations and ensuring a smooth moving process.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers' homes with best-in-class service.

• Coordinate and finalize paperwork with customers on-site.
• Address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction.

A Day in the life of a Delivery Specialist:

• Deliver best in class service when delivering our products to customers’ homes
• Buildsuperiorcustomersalesexperiencesby welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email
• Support retail operationsby supporting the merchandising and maintenance of the store
• General maintenance on the truck and around the store daily
• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the moving process + addressing customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction
• Coordinate and finalizing paperwork with customers onsite

What we are looking for:

• Full G class driver’s license with a driver’s abstract in good standing
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and move large home goods
• Excellent communicator who is people and results-oriented looking to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction
• Some experience in a customer-facing environment
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently
• Able to pass background checks (criminal, employment, driving history)

We are offering $20.00 - $21.00/hour CAD for this role, plus the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses.
