Job summary

Electric Mind in Toronto is seeking a Project Manager to own delivery sub-group planning, tracking, and reporting for assigned product groups. You will run the cadence of standups across sub-teams and manage dependencies, issues, and risks, serving as the single point of contact with client product group leads.

You’ll bring delivery experience across multiple teams, rigorous status reporting, RAID management, intake triage, and strong stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Delivery/ programme management across multiple teams or product groups.
• Planning, tracking, and status-reporting discipline, including running cadence standups and producing weekly status.
• RAID and dependency management for delivery programs.
• Intake and triage judgement to prioritize work.
• Stakeholder management with client leads as single point of contact.
• Ability to coordinate a two-in-the-box delivery model.
• Escalation judgement and issue/blocker resolution.
• Comfort using AI tools to enhance delivery functions.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery sub-group planning, tracking, and reporting for assigned Product Groups, including intake and triage.
• Run the cadence: standups across the sub-teams feeding the PMO rollup.
• Manage dependencies, issues, and risks for the assigned product groups.
• Act as the single point of contact with client product group Leads.
