Job summary

Electric Mind in Toronto is seeking a Project Manager to own delivery sub-group planning, tracking, and reporting for assigned product groups. You will run the cadence of standups across sub-teams and manage dependencies, issues, and risks, serving as the single point of contact with client product group leads.

You’ll bring delivery experience across multiple teams, rigorous status reporting, RAID management, intake triage, and strong stakeholder collaboration.

About The Role

Own delivery sub-group planning, tracking, and reporting for assigned product groups, along with intake and triage. The Project Manager runs the cadence (standups across the sub-teams feeding the PMO rollup), and manages dependencies, issues, and risks for the assigned product groups. They own the client delivery-lead relationship, and act as the single point of contact with product group Leads.

What You’ll Do

• Run the cadence: standups across the sub-teams feeding the PMO rollup
• Manage dependencies, issues, and risks for the assigned product groups
• Act as the single point of contact with the client product group Leads

Key Deliverables

• One owner per track, keeping its Product Groups on schedule
• A clear line of sight into how the BU’s delivery is tracking
• Weekly status submissions, inputs that feed the PMO rollup
• RAID / dependency register - risks, issues, and blockers
• Issue and blocker escalations and resolutions
